The Service provides free, browser-based image editing tools. All processing happens on your device; we do not store or transmit your images. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time without notice.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations. You use the Service at your own risk.

4. Your images

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the outputs you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to edit and distribute any image you process with the Service. Do not use the Service to process images that infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avatar Cartoon Studio and its maintainers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "effective date" above will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
